Waters that sculpt fire
Short film
In the middle of a beach, the film follows an introspective and sensorial journey.

Director's Note
Coming from glass bottles, the crystals, initially sharp and fractured, were thrown into the sea by humans. Over time, the waves and sand exerted their influence on them, returning them to the shore in a new form: now polished and free from the risk of cutting or injuring. This natural process becomes a metaphor for emotional transformation in connection with nature.
The short film uses sea glass as both material and inspiration, evoking stained glass windows to construct miniature landscapes filmed with microscopy and underwater techniques.
This visual and sound-based exploration reflects on symbiosis, inner states, and spirituality. The sea becomes an alchemical agent, the beach a sacred space, and nature a living force that shapes and dissolves us beyond anthropocentric narratives.
